I certainly hope you're able to train again, soon! I hate how injuries seem to compound upon each other. You stub a toe, then jam another one, then roll an ankle, then...

My website address has changed. Can you please update your sidebar link?

Thanks so much! :)

I am about recovered at this time and the time off the mat has given me some time to reflect a bit on my training.

I'm sorry to hear about your injury. I've had my share of them. I do recommend taking as much time off as you need. In the mean time, you may want to consider volunteering at the school in the classes if it is possible. If you can't train, next bext thing is to help teach. Good luck.

I don't agree with you on point 2. In my mind there is nothing romantic about getting gutted. It is just a slow painful death.

I'm going to be weird and be half and half.

If I had to go up against a random hoodlum with a weapon, I'd rather a gun -- get out of the line of fire, and you're in good shape.

But if I knew I was going to die from the encounter, I'd rather die by the knife. There's something personal about it (if you want my blood you have to come get it!), and something historic and even romantic about it.

(But please don't try.)

Ha I just found you by the search "vagabond kung fu" (with the quotes). I was looking to see if there was anything on Leung's book. Anyway I better not stay around someone so evil.

I have to agree with most of the movies you listed as good. I do agree for the most part on your list of bad movies. I do enjoy Jet Li's movies, but most of my favorites are his older films, such as the Once Upon A Time in China series.

Oh, and you are right. Van Damme does that split/groing punch in every movie!
